Holiday/Sale Shipping Times

All orders placed during our holiday sales will ship within 10 – 14 business days, EXCLUDING PRE-ORDERS. Please see pre-order product listing for estimated ship times. We promise to make it worth your wait! For a limited time, complimentary shipping will be provided to all orders over $299 (USA & CANADA) & $450 (International).

Standard Shipping Times
Our standard shipping processing times are 5 – 7 business days excluding sales, holiday and product launch periods.

CANADA/Domestic Orders Delivery
Orders placed for delivery within the CANADA are shipped via Canada post, FEDEX and DHL with tracking provided and are typically delivered within 2 – 5 business days following processing times. On occasion, couriers may experience delays which are out of our control.

International/Non-CANADA Orders Delivery
Orders placed for delivery outside of CANADA are shipped via DHL and FEDEX with tracking provided and are typically delivered within 7 – 21 business days following processing times and depending on your location. Please note, your order may be subject to VAT/TAX.
