BlogMAS Day 1- The perfect center Piece

Hello Gems, welcome to my first post for “BLogMAS”. Oh em gee!!! I am super duper excited and i cant wait to share all the other fun stuff I have planned for you Gems.

Anyways if you are anything like me, decorating isn’t my strongest suit and to be honest I usually have the wildest ideas, but I end up with the most interesting outcomes. This year I planned not to decorate for Christmas cos my sister (who usually does the decorating for us) wont be visiting me until the very last moment before Christmas, so I decided it’s going to be one of those Christmases without the actual feel of Christmas.

Anyways few days before December 1st, I asked myself one question, do you want to be a Grinch for Christmas? (well if you are seeing this post, you guessed right)

Let’s talk about Christmas Decor!!

For my first #blogmas post i decided for some thing simple and super easy to achieve. The perfect centre piece; all you need are

  1. Candle
  2. Garland
  3. Pine cone
  4. Battery powered light
  5. cute Bow
  6. snow globe.

To achieve this I went for a Christmas themed candle, I went for the DW richly scented candle in “Holly Wreath” (it smells amazing and of course just like Christmas).

A not so snow globe that says love (cos whats Christmas without love), and has gold and silver petals instead.- Homesense

scented pine cones, and cute little red bow (you can easily DIY the bow) – dollarstore

To give it some more glam, I added gold coated faux berry sticks to tie it all in, and of course for aesthetics (so the picture looks nice) my vintage camera and instax mini camera as well
