How to Style: Monochrome and Gold Details

Still in the spirit of styling great looks for work, this week’s post is all about How to style: Monochrome and Gold details outfit suitable for your work place.This week, my goal is to “Let Go and Let God”, so happy Blog post Monday gems.

Honestly this week I am going to skip all of the talking and jump right into today’s look. when it comes to looking business ready, one item in your complete look can either make or break it. I find that whenever I am getting ready for a serious meeting, I want to look like I planned my outfit to look serious and ready to take charge but also look fashionable enough so I don’t come across as boring. I tend to play a lot with my primary and tertiary colors to keep a classic simple look.

For this look, I wanted my green to stand out without having to do too much with my accessories. I went for a well tailored high waist bell bottom pants and gold detailed jewelry.

Nothing say ready for business than a clear bag right? lol I decided to go for the simplicity of a clear, see through bag cos it keeps the whole look very chic. Now if you are not as daring as I am with my shoe and bag choice, remember that black is always your friend, and you can never go wrong with wearing black. (But don’t forget to try new colors too).
