The Perfect Vintage pinup look for Canada Day

Happy Canada day lovelies!!! Oh my it’s another year celebrating Canada day but before we get right into today’s look, I have to say: happy blogpost Monday Gems 💎 This week is all about one easy way to wear the perfect vintage pinup look for Canada Day I am actually really excited about today blog post because I get to do a vintage pinup look. There is just something about vintage looks that make me feel like I should have been born in the 20’s/ 30’s (honestly it was just the looks that tripped me). There was something special about the 20’s that just spoke class and beauty embodied in one look. Little bit about me: Since it’s Canada day I think it’s just apt that I share a little bit about my transition to Canada. Anyways I moved here a little over 8 years ago for school. I moved to a small town in British Columbia and was in school for 5 years (blahhh, so dreadful) studied criminology, communications and media & communications. I got a job after months and months after I graduated and couldn’t decide what I wanted to do with my life. Anyways that’s a little about my transition from lasgidi in Nigeria to a small town in Canada. In celebrating today, what’s better than a vintage inspired look?  Honestly my friend thought it’ll be a good idea to do a pinup look and I thought why not. The extra in me had to do a very modified version of the vintage pinup look with a touch of red to rep Canada. I decided a top that represented the 30's would be a good fit, with a black pair of jeans and yes simple black converse to keep me completely comfortable. I tried to do a pinup hair style, but boy was that difficult, threw on a bandana and red lips. Catch up on last week's post HERE Purse- Miniso Shoes- Converse Jeans- H&M- Similar Top- Similar
