Step out in style with a tweed set

Happy Blog Post Monday Gems, this week is all about the best way to step out in style in your tweed set. This week I created something special for you all since it is Thanksgiving here in Canada.

This week I am very thankful for each and everyone of you Gems that are a part of my tribe. In the spirit of being thankful my goal this week is to remain thankful for everything I have at this moment and everything that is to come.

Now lets get into this look. I believe tweed has made a huge come back lately and literally every single designer wants to create some eye catching design using tweed fabric.

One designer that has owned the art of making statement pieces with tweed is Chanel. In 2015 Chanel released their spring and summer collection that debuted their tweed collection. I believe this brought back a lot of attention to the different ways you can style your tweed.

For me I couldn’t resist the urge to step out in style with my tweed set. I love how this complete look screams class and ready to take over the world.

What I am more excited about is how we were able to shoot this look in the evening and it came out pretty decent. I finished up the look with my pearl laced white blouse and cute detailed plaid booties.
